It's a nice collection of links, but how do we know which to click and check out? How are the links categorized, by the date they were added to Skout or the date they were last updated? Or some type of rating system?
Needs to tell me "You need me" more than "I need you".

We list links that we believe are worth visiting and more importantly most of the links are submitted by Skout™ users themselves.
Since the links are NOT frequently added and moved down the list - we don't think adding a 'date' in this case will be of value to the user.
Skout™'s mandate is to list good resources not to have link x being voted against link y...
Skout is a designers 'bookmark' difference is you can access it wherever... plus there's a community of other designers sharing their favorites links.
