Oh those charming good old days… Those days when TV sets were like space ships in your apartment, because these “gadgets” were nearly the most prominent invention of the 20th century. Of course these are really inspiring examples of industrial design – just take a look at these forms and materials. Wooden panels, domed details and original toggles – these were the symbols of that epoch. It is interesting how designers managed to create really sophisticated and original designs for absolutely new product. Without a doubt old TVs were essential parts of any house and without those domed screens and funny toggle switchers it is quite hard to imagine any apartment of those days. Of course some examples from our collection are quite unusual and even funny but still these items have become legends long time ago and we have no right to deride it.

We love them! What can be more enchanting than our little friends that are always near us (even when they are not so little)? They are so lovely and pretty that it is impossible to pass by them without a smile. Their behavior makes us puzzled sometimes, but we try to understand them and find some ways of communication. Their trust and devotion are worth admiration and the huge portion of love that we give them. Be sure that our life will be dull and faded of colors without their sometimes even crazy tricks. We can look for hours at them and enjoy playing with them and it will never become boring. They are full of exuberant energy and are always ready for something tricky. We adore them and it is true!
The amusing photos of animals playing with the balls are presented in this post. Enjoy this lovely collection full of good humour!

Epic Astromech droid “Artoo” is one of the most famous characters from the world-famous saga “Star Wars”. This robot has become a great source of inspiration for many talented designers and craftsmen. There’s no need to search for the reasons of such popularity because there is only one logic explanation for all this madness – R2D2 is a one god damn charismatic machine and people just can’t resist the temptation to become a part of it. We’ve gathered a small collection of the most original designs and mods based on the original R2D2. And it looks like this little guy’s appearance can be applied to any sphere of our life and here are the proofs.

Oh those were the days! Early stages of Space Age were a great source of inspiration for many artists. The Googie style in architecture and interior designs, and of course the “space culture” in automotive design – that’s only a couple of spheres affected by Space euphoria of that epoch.
The concept designs below reflect the best design trends of the early “Space Age” – using tailspins, small wings and other aerodynamic elements that were allegedly borrowed from the space engineering. We can’t call these cars extremely beautiful but they are surely essential parts of a design history that are worth being honored. Despite all weird forms and rather futuristic styles, the Fabulous 50′s gave many awesome legendary cars – from Cadillac Eldorado 62 to Ford Fairlane and Chevy Bel-Air. If you are one of the few who own one of these legendary styles, check out thehartford website to give them the protection they deserve.
This collection is our tribute to all those designers that were brave enough to create extraordinary and controversial things because this is the right way to make something really unique and elegant.
