Maybe it’s just me, but I hate when I clients says, “just do whatever, we trust you.� As much as I like creative freedom, I hate having to remake good designs; which is what usually happens when the client gives me creative guidelines.

Sending clients a questionnaire is a must. I have clients who sometimes tell me "I don't need to fill out the questionnaire, just do whatever you think will look good," and I always insist they complete it.
I didnt realize there wasn't a word file to download yet. I'll be adding one tonight.
