Golden Roads to the Heart of Autumn

Autumn landscapes mesmerize with the splashes of yellow, red, brown and dull green, smooth mood and soft nostalgia. This season is an excellent time to make more cool shots but before you go to the countryside to find inspiration we would like to offer you a few suggestions that will help you to make excellent autumn photos.

  • – choose the right time of the day because it is not a secret that foggy mornings, sunny and warm evenings would give unforgettable and absolutaly distinct pictures;
  • play with perspective to find original angle and represent usual landscape from the other side of perception;
  • – use color filters to intensify color pallette;
  • – look for contrasts that will help you to to accentuate the colors;
  • – don’t underestimate overcast days because these are best for autumn pictures;
  • – be careful with the sun light due to its ability to result in shadows and lower saturation of colours;
  • – don’t be affraid to play with your camera settings to enhance color and light perfomance due to soft light which is typical for autumn weather;
  • – pick the right time of the season to shoot because we all know how fast leaves can fall and shooting bare trees is a quite different thing from “the splashes of yellow, red, brown and dull green, smooth mood and soft nostalgia”;

Hopefully these simlpe tips will help you to imprint this fall landscapes and as the bonus we would like to showcase a small photoset of autumn roads. Enjoy!
